How it works: from your address to a scheduled roof

1. Enter your address

We find your house in town records and outline the roof from aerial imagery, with the imagery date shown. You confirm it’s your home.

2. Answer a few questions

What’s going on with the roof, how long, what you’ve tried, and what matters most to you. It takes about a minute, and your answers shape the options you see.

3. See three options and pick an install week

Each option shows a price range for your actual roof, with a monthly payment example when financing applies. Install weeks show their own prices, and winter weeks cost less.

4. Reserve with a refundable deposit

A $250 deposit holds your week and your estimate. It’s fully refundable, for any reason, until the day a technician comes out, and goes toward your roof from then on.

5. Verification visit and final price

Within 48 hours, a technician checks layers, decking, ventilation and flashing. You get the final price and the contract, and if anything changed, you see why before you sign.

6. Install

We pull the permit, order materials and install during your week. The job ends with a magnetic nail sweep and completion photos.
