Thomas Roofing is the roof replacement business of Thomas Construction LLC. These terms cover using this site, the estimate it gives you, reserving an install week, and the text messages we send if you ask for them.

Who you are dealing with

Your estimate
- The price range you see online is estimated from aerial imagery, public records and what you tell us about the roof
- It is an estimate, not a final price. A technician confirms the final price on site before you sign anything
- What they find, or an option you choose, can change the price. You see any change before you sign and before any work starts
Reserving an install week
- A deposit holds an install week against your estimated range. It is not the home improvement contract
- Your deposit is refundable for any reason until the day a technician comes out. From that day it goes toward your roof
- The full terms are in the reservation agreement you accept when you reserve
The home improvement contract
Work begins only after you sign a written home improvement contract that names the scope, the price, the start and completion dates and your right to cancel. You may cancel for any reason before midnight of the third business day after you sign it.
SMS Terms
- Program name: Thomas Roofing project updates
- If you tick the consent box, Thomas Roofing sends you text messages about your own roof project: your estimate, install-week prices, verification visit scheduling and reminders, your final price and contract, payment notices, change orders during the job, and your completed Roof Record. We also send occasional follow-ups about a saved estimate and a review request after the work is done
- Message frequency varies with your project
- Message and data rates may apply
- Reply STOP to any message to opt out. You get one confirmation and nothing after that
- Reply HELP for help, or call or text us
- Consent to texts is not required to get an estimate or a roof
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages
- We never sell your information and we never share it with other contractors or lead services
