Reserving an install week: how the deposit works
A $250 deposit holds your install week and your estimated price range while we schedule your verification visit. It’s fully refundable, for any reason, until the day a technician comes out. From that day it goes toward your roof, because the week is held and the visit has been scheduled and driven. Reserving is not the home improvement contract.

What can still change the price
Two things: what the technician finds that aerial data can’t see, such as a second layer of shingles or damaged decking beyond the allowance, and selections you make. Either way, you see the final price and approve it before you sign and before any work begins.
Getting your deposit back
Before you sign the contract, ask for your deposit back for any reason and we refund it. After you sign, the contract explains your legal right to cancel.
