- What could change the price, named: a second layer of shingles, damaged decking beyond what your option includes, or an upgrade you ask for, each with its cost shown before you commit.
- Your install week, reserved: pick a week and hold it with a $250 deposit that’s fully refundable until the day we come out.
- Your plan, confirmed on site: a technician checks what aerial imagery can’t see, then you get your final price and the contract before you sign and before any work begins.
- Your roof, installed and documented: a specialist roofing crew does the work, Thomas Roofing is accountable for it, and you get a Roof Record when it’s finished.
