Reservation agreement, in plain English
The reservation agreement is between you and Thomas Construction LLC, doing business as Thomas Roofing. It holds an install week and your estimated price range, and it is not the home improvement contract. Your deposit is fully refundable until the day a technician comes out to the house, and from that day it is applied to your roof.

The terms

- This agreement holds an install week and your estimated price range for your roof. It is not the home improvement contract.
- Your $250 deposit is fully refundable, for any reason, until the day a technician comes out to your home. From that day it is applied to your roof and is not refundable, because the week is held and the visit has been scheduled and driven. If we cancel or move the visit, the new date applies.
- You pick a verification visit from the times our technician is actually free, usually within a few days. Your roof is measured from aerial imagery before the visit.
- At the verification visit, a technician confirms the final price. Site conditions, like a second layer of shingles or damaged decking, or selections you make can change it.
- You see the final price, and approve any change, before you sign and before any work begins.
- After the verification visit you get the home improvement contract to review, including your right to cancel after signing.
- To get your deposit back while it is still refundable, cancel from your reservation page or call us. It goes back to the card you paid with, within ten days and usually sooner. You do not need to give a reason.
