For Connecticut homeowners who just want the price

You shouldn’t have to sit through a two-hour sales visit to find out what a roof costs.

No kitchen-table presentation, no “manager’s discount,” no price that disappears at midnight. See your roof, your options and your price on your own time, and talk to a person only if you want to.

Why we ask: your address lets us find your roof in aerial imagery and town records and measure it. No one comes to your house unless you ask, and we never sell your information.

If you’re reading this, it probably sounds like this

  • “Every roofer wants to come out before they’ll give me a number.”
  • “I don’t want someone at my kitchen table for two hours.”
  • “How do I know the price won’t change the second I sign?”
  • “I just want to see the price and think about it.”

That’s exactly how this works. The price comes first, and the decision stays yours.

What you skip, and what you get instead

  1. No in-home presentation

Your price is on your screen in minutes, measured from aerial imagery and town records. Nobody needs to come to the house to show it to you.

  2. No “manager’s discount”

Prices come from our pricing engine, the same for every homeowner with the same roof, option and install week. We never cut a price to get you to sign.

  3. No price that vanishes tonight

Your estimate is still there tomorrow. Install-week prices change only when our crew calendar changes.

  4. No surprise number at the end

You see what’s included and what could change the price before you reserve. A technician confirms the final price before you sign, and anything that changes it comes with photos.

  5. A person when you want one

Call (860) 710-5862 any time you want to talk it through. Talking to us never commits you to anything.

Why there’s no salesperson →

Why look now

about $1,150

less for a January install week than a standard week, on a typical two-story colonial with our current pricing

  • It takes minutes

Your address, a few questions, and three options with real price ranges. You can stop at any point.

  • A known number is easier to plan around

It’s easier to plan a roof when the price isn’t a mystery, whether you replace it this year or next.

  • Winter weeks cost less

January to March install weeks are priced lower because our crews are less busy. The lower prices are on the weeks still open.

  • Nothing to undo

Seeing your price commits you to nothing. Reserving a week is optional, and the deposit is refundable until the day a technician comes out.

How it works

How it works

  1. 1

See your roof and your price in minutes

Enter your address. We measure your roof from aerial imagery and town records and show you three replacement options with real price ranges. Nobody needs to come to the house for this part.

  2. 2

Reserve a week that suits you, or don’t

Hold an install week online with a deposit that’s refundable until the day a technician comes out, or come back when you’re ready.

  3. 3

    A technician, not a salesperson

The only visit is by a technician who checks what aerial imagery can’t see and confirms the final price. Their job is to check the roof, not to sell you anything.

  4. 4

You sign only when you’re ready

Your final price and the contract come after the visit. Nothing starts until you sign, and the contract includes your right to cancel.

Questions people ask

Why don’t you send a salesperson?+

Because the price is already on your screen. A sales visit exists to present a price and ask for a signature the same night. We show the price first and let you decide on your own time.

Can you really price a roof without seeing it?+

We measure it from aerial data and town records, which gets the size and pitch right for most homes. What aerial data can’t see, like how many layers are underneath or the condition of the deck, is why you see a range. A technician confirms the final price at a verification visit, before you sign anything.

Will you keep calling me after I get my estimate?+

No. We send your estimate and, if you agree to it, an occasional follow-up you can stop at any time.
